Maintenance Contract Wins Result in Team Growth

A clutch of maintenance contract wins for the 3r team, have resulted in the formation of a centralised resource approach and new appointment.

Building on the strong foundation of maintenance contracts in the retail, commercial and leisure sector, 3r have acquired several new property maintenance contracts, across the country.

Recognising that specific central resources were required, 3r have formed a new division to focus solely on maintenance management. Kelly Thelwell has been appointed as Project Manager to oversee this new division and brings a wealth of experience with her to the role. Kelly will be managing all our contract maintenance work. She is a qualified Quantity Surveyor, experienced Contract Administrator and Project Manager, with five years construction industry experienced under her belt.

Prior to her construction industry specialism, Kelly worked with Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce, where she started out as an apprentice, and went on to forge a strong career supporting business to business connection, communication and growth.

We’d like to welcome Kelly to the team and to introduce her to our property maintenance clients and contractors, as their main point of contact. Kelly is proving to be a great asset and the restructure is already providing a more structured approach to 3r’s maintenance contract work. It’s a sound basis on which we aim to develop our property maintenance contract business even further.
